Time travel back to the 19th Century with these activities; tour the Dayton Museum, listen to Adolph Sutro tell his tunnel tale, see John D’s Barn, watch an old-fashioned blacksmith demo, tour original 1870’s-80s buildings in Old Town, see where Ole’ Virginny lies a moultin’ (Virginia City’s namesake) in the cemetery, see portrayals of early women settlers’ lives, take a wagon or stagecoach rides, go gold panning, see a live melodrama, watch Civil War re-enactors, listen to lively music, go dancing , and eat dutch oven and BBQ.
